Things Need to Change if Organisations Want to Cultivate a Better Learning Culture

In early 2021, we teamed up with HR.com to run some important employee research because we’re always looking for the latest insight on how employees really like to learn, and the challenges they have with learning in the workplace (case, in point, the research results were ultimately called ‘How Employees Learn in the Workplace.’)

The research ran in early 2021. We gathered 328 responses, primarily from HR professionals in virtually every industry vertical, across the world. The participants were representative of a broad cross-section of employers, ranging from small businesses with fewer than 50 employees to enterprises with 20,000+ employees.

So what did we find in our research? Well, we identified many challenges, along with some promising stats surrounding the future of L&D. Take a look through our infographic below if you’d like to be inspired with hands-on changes you can make to create a successful learning culture that engages employees and accelerates business performance.
