When we started our journey back in 2010, we had one central belief that still underpins everything we do today - to democratise learning.
To truly evolve enterprise L&D, we knew something needed to change. Deep, transferable learning doesn’t happen within the confines of courses. As humans, we learn in social and collaborative environments - always in context and inflow - allowing us to apply the learning in our day to day lives and change behaviours accordingly.
