The Organizational Design of an Agile L&D Team

Before we dive into the Job Descriptions it’s worth illustrating the high-level organizational design of an Agile L&D Team.

In short, the L&D team is multidisciplinary, with a strong focus on business acumen and it is designed around rapid experimentation to discover and meet the needs of a rapidly changing business.
